*Nutrition Tune-Up Program

Session 1: All new clients begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment.

Session 2: This session is important for identifying ways to maintain success, recognizing opportunities to manage challenges, and reassessing goals.

The Nutrition Tune-Up Program includes both nutrition coaching appointments, new client packet, recipes, handouts, comprehensive nutrition assessment, 3-day personalized menu, and unlimited e-mail and/or text support during your assessment period.

*Sessions 1 and 2 are to be completed within one month.

If after those 2 sessions, you enjoy what we are doing & see the potential in working together, I offer an awesome 2-month program 2 months; 4 sessions + unlimited email access to me + surprise goodies & gifts to keep the motivation going + 1 session to use after the 2 months when you need a tune-up. You’ll have access to resources I’ve created such as shopping lists, recipes, natural nutrition plans, and more.

 

*Sports Nutrition Specialty Program

Session 1: All new clients begin with a comprehensive sports nutrition assessment.

Session 2: This session is important for identifying ways to maintain success, recognizing opportunities to manage challenges, and reassessing goals.

Sessions 1 and 2 are to be completed within one month.

You will be provided with an individualized nutrition summary and a 2-day personalized menu with specific goals sent to you via email to help keep you on track. You will also receive a body composition analysis, cutting-edge resources such as shopping lists, recipes, a daily checklist, hydration tips, dining out recommendations, and a copy of my guidebook titled 7 Ways to Improve Your Sports Nutrition Instantly.
